Counterpart works with wholesale brokers throughout the United states. If you are a retail broker, email us at [email protected] and we will connect you with a wholesaler that has access to our products.

For wholesaler brokers, getting appointed with Counterpart is simple. You can begin the process by completing our broker appointment request. The request will go to our Head of Insurance who will reach out to discuss your interest in working with Counterpart. Should both parties move forward, we will request additional information:

1. A signed NDA

2. A signed Producer Agreement

3. A copy of your surplus lines licenses

4. Proof that your organization carries current E&O insurance with limits of at least $2 million in liability

5. Your federal tax id number or a W9

If you have any other questions, you can always message us at [email protected].
