How does a company sign the Counterpart application?

Learn the different ways we enable a company to sign the application

1. Access the quote page through the accounts table of your dashboard or through the email alert you receive when a quote is available.

2. Select Sign Application from the quote page

3. You can either:

a) Enter an email address in which Counterpart will then send that person an email to electronically sign the application. You will be automatically alerted once the application has been signed.

b) Click Send Link to then copy the application esignature link and email the company yourself requesting an esignature. You will be automatically alerted once the application has been signed.

c) Click Download to then download the application pdf and email the company yourself requesting a wet signature. You can then email the signed application pdf to [email protected].
