How do I submit an application?

Once you're appointed with Counterpart, you can begin submitting applications by logging into the Counterpart Dashboard.

  1. Log in to your Counterpart Dashboard using your email address.

  2. Click “Start App” in the top right corner of your dashboard.

  3. Complete the application by entering the required business and coverage information.

  4. Click “Submit” to finalize your application.

Once submitted, you'll receive an email notification when your application is quoted. The quote will also be available directly in your Dashboard.

Note for Retail Agents:
If you’re a retailer and don’t yet have access to the Counterpart Dashboard, please contact your wholesale broker to request access.
